9:30 a.m. — 3700 block of Bay Shore Road. Dispute. Shortly after a man arrived at an animal reserve with his children, he began complaining because the birds were not out on display. The staff explained to him it was an extremely cold morning, and the birds would stay inside until it was warmer. The man was offered rainchecks for all the tickets he purchased, but he refused the rainchecks and began yelling louder. He was asked to leave, and he did. But as before he got into his car, he saw another customer about to enter the facility and told him, “You should not come here.”
