Foul play
12:05 p.m.
— 1000 North Euclid Avenue. Burglary. Management officials of a professional baseball team found a man sleeping in a closet at the team’s clubhouse. At first, they thought the man might be a Dominican player who chose to sleep in the closet. They went to check to see if they were correct, and when they returned, the man was gone. They later found him sitting in a bathroom stall with the following items: three CB radios, with chargers; an iPod; a computer bag; shower shoe; and a stick of deodorant. Police were called and found out the man was a transient who had entered the clubhouse when it was open and stayed there after it closed. He spent the next two nights there, hiding. The items he had on him were stolen from players’ lockers.
