Charitable Swing

Ladies from tennis and golf groups of The Meadows Country Club remembered a longtime committee member, Heather Brown, with a charitable contribution to the Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation last month.

The women held their annual Think Pink fundraisers, with the Ladies Golf Group holding a nine-hole scramble event with a luncheon, raffles, silent auction and a fashion show.

Kathie Sieben and her committee organized the ladies tennis group event, which included tennis round robin, a luncheon and fashion show. 

Together, the groups raised $20,000 for Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, with funds earmarked for the Breast Health Center.
