A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Melissa and Richard Hall, Sarasota, sold their home at 612 S. Casey Key Road to Rajakumari Muppavarapu, Port Charlotte, for $5.77 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 6,572 square feet of living area.

Gary and Desiree Littlestar, of Missouri City, Texas, sold their Unit 9B condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to S.E. Kretz, trustee, Sarasota, for $4.63 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 5,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.4 million in 2008.

McClellan Park
Elizabeth Wakeman, Sarasota, sold her home at 1600 Hyde Park St. to Ralph and Carrie Major, Sarasota, for $1,575,000. Built in 1924, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,091 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1999.
