+ John Neal Homes opens new models
John Neal Homes has opened a new model in the Country Club East community in Lakewood Ranch.
The Fairhaven II model in the Camargo section of Country Club East is a 3,367-square-foot three-bedroom, three-bath luxury home with a lanai and outdoor living space.

This Mediterranean-style home showcases extensive luxury design elements and options that can be personalized by the homeowner.

“We designed the interior with a couple in mind who love Florida, boating and the water,” said designer Janet Ladwig, of Charlene Neal PureStyle. “The trend today is to bring the outside in, so four rooms in this home face the pool area and golf course. There’s a seamless transition from interior to exterior living spaces.”
