Congressman Vern Buchanan’s , R-Longboat Key, 13th District, soon to be renamed the 16th District, was kept mostly intact according to a final compromise Florida redistricting map released Wednesday.
No other district in Florida was kept as much intact as the 13th District. The 13th District, in fact, includes a slight modification that includes a large number of Republican voters.
