Brown family welcomes fifth generation

The Brown family celebrated a special milestone March 29, five generations currently living in Manatee County.

Hailey Georgina Brown was born to Megan and Russell Brown, of Bradenton, at 7:28 p.m. at Lakewood Ranch Medical. She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. 

“Of course, we are all very proud and happy that my grandmother has lived to see this day as no girl has been born into our family since my mother, Patricia, in 1945,” said Hailey’s grandmother, Angela Brown.

Hailey’s great great grandma, Clara Ehrke, turned 101 April 15.

Proud relatives are grandparents Curtis and Angela Brown, of Parrish; great grandmother Patricia Brown of Bradenton and great great grandmother, Clara Ehrke, also of Bradenton.
