A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. G&H Anna Maria LLC sold the home at 577 S. Spoonbill Drive to Adrianna Paradiso, of Norwalk, Conn., for $1.05 million. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2015.

Peter and Chezelle Serev, of Woodbury, Conn., sold their home at 3580 Bayou Circle to Richard and Laurel Maul, of Longboat Key, for $780,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2008.

Victor Stone, of Cascade, Va., sold his home at 560 Wedge Lane to Jeffrey and Patricia Pikel, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., for $690,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1991.

Gene and Jacqueline Wenstrom, of Sartell, Minn., sold their Unit 4-D condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kabir and Mona Khalid, of Sarasota, and Nina Khalid, of Orlando, for $685,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

Brian and Cynthia Keenan, of Tampa, sold their Unit 606 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to George and Linda Dabbiero, of Bradenton, for $499,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2007.
