The following residential real estate transactions took place between December 14 and December 25.
A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Tonya Garrison, of University Park, sold her home at 570 S. Spoonbill Drive to James and Janet Stanard, of Sarasota, for $3.88 million. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 6,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4 million in 2003.
Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
William Sterling, of Canton, Ohio, sold the Unit A102 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Charles and Danielle Talar, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2007.
Bay Isles
902567 Ontario Ltd. sold the home at 3260 Bayou Sound to Marek and Julita Lochnicki, of Northbrook, Ill., for $850,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2012.
Harbour Links at Longboat Key Club
Loren and Suzanne Lysen, of University Park, sold their Unit 2055 condominium at 2055 Harbour Links Drive to Jeffrey and Jill Lenchner, of Sewickley, Pa., for $579,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,398 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,000 in 2005.
Sea Pines
Jeffrey and Michelle Parnell, of Lake Forest, Ill., sold their Unit 22 condominium at 6945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brack and Tracy Brackner, of Riverview, for $525,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2007.
Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Margaret Roberts, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 523 condominium at 523 Bayport Way to Byron and Marguerite Alpers, of Fox Point, Wis., for $430,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1982.

Brian Paggio and Kathy Paggio, trustees, of Odessa, sold the Unit G1-103-C condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Earl Hagman, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $347,300. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,500 in 2007.
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the Unit G7-302-G condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Wahoo Inc. for $298,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,900 in 1998.

Christine Vitkus and Cynthia Jeffery sold their Unit 302 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Michael and Coreen Walther, of Liberty Township, Ohio, for $279,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $46,500 in 2005.

Bruce Donaldson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 47 N. Washington Drive to Sand & Snow Investments LLC for $900,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,272 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 1994.
Frank Poot, of De Lier, Netherlands, sold the home at 266 Polk Drive to Tina Valente and Hubert Steenbakkers, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $789,000 in 2012.

Kathleen Frankart, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 11-A condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nancy Katz, trustee, of Sylvania, Ohio, for $790,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2011.

Daniel Jittu, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1340 Westway Drive to Nikolay Gerasimchuk, of Longmeadow, Mass., for $760,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2013.

Thomas Carson, of Charleston, W.Va., sold his Unit 28 condominium at 761 John Ringling Blvd. to Danny and Donna Montgomery, trustees, of Union City, Tenn., for $250,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $30,000 in 1985.
