Bird Key home sells for $2.75 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 17 and Oct. 21. A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Douglas and Kristine Martel sold their home at 409 Meadow Lark Drive to Jorgen and Esther Jensen, Sarasota, for $2.75 million. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,663,200 in 2004.

Lido Key
Karen Kitzis, Sarasota, sold her home at 110 Morningside Drive to 110 Morningside LLC for $1.2 million. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2005.
