Beach Residences condo sells for $4 million

The unit 1101 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area.

The following residential real estate transactions took place between September 14 and September 18.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Misdee Miller sold their Unit 1101 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ralph and Amy Lunati, of Memphis, Tenn., for $4 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.9 million in 2012.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club

Nancy Skadron, trustee, of St. Paul, Minn., sold the Unit A-103 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to Jacqueline and Robert Elliott, of Winter Haven, for $765,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $782,000 in 2004.

Longboat Beach and Tennis Club

Gloria Rubenstein, of Chicago, sold her Unit 221 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jacqueline Drescher, of Longboat Key, for $625,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area.

Islands West

Marlene Dewar-Babe, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold her Unit 5-B condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jay and Pamela Claeys, of Bartlesville, Okla., for $570,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1975.

Windward Bay

Margaret Devoll, trustee, and James Devoll sold the Unit 306 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frederick Ernst and Kathleen Hauser, of Kansas City, for $408,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1995.

Seaplace

Donald and Joanne Dickerson, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., sold their Unit G3-304-A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rollin and Crystal Richman, of Augusta, Mich., for $285,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,500 in 1997.

Longboat Harbour

Marc Stormes, trustee, of Stafford, Pa., sold the Unit 203 condominium at 4440 Exeter Drive to M. Janet Jason and Wayne Butler, of Wolfeboro, N.H., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1990.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the Unit 111 condominium at 634 Spanish Drive S. to Aegis Property LLC for $215,300. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,000 in 2006.

Lido Regency

Veronica Meuser, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 9D condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kathleen Frankart, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2013.

Sigrid Rothauge and Joseph Bennett, of Rural Hall, N.C., sold their Unit 9F condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Stephen McKenna, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one bath and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $102,500 in 1997.

Lido Harbour Towers

Karen Huff, of Atlanta, sold her Unit 102 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Karen and Jeffrey Farris, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2003.

Lido Beach Club

William Perry and Sheila Perry, trustees, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Hakim and Melissa Morsli, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,116 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,500 in 1978.

Lido Towers

Albert and Joyce Dombrowski and Dawn McDonnell, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 710 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Elizabeth Jensen, of Bettendorf, Iowa, for $360,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,000 in 2013.
