Five floor plans ranging from 1,856-square-feet to 3,144-square-feet will be available for between approximately $400,000 and $500,000.

Taylor Morrison bought the land from Happy Haven, Inc., owners of the adjacent mobile home park to the east, in December 2014 for $7.49 million.

Just three months ago, on Oct. 27, Taylor Morrison purchased about $20 million worth of land in Palmer Ranch on the southern edge of the Silver Oaks development, from McCann Holdings, a Hugh Culverhouse corporation.

Taylor Morrison also recently completed build out of Esplanade, a 77-acre development near Siesta Key, just a few miles north of Bayside. The firm broke ground on that project in January 2013.

Taylor Morrison spokeswoman Christina Felts was not available for comment as of press time.
