Artists cross 'cultural' divide

Lakewood Ranch artists will join their counterparts farther west, when the Artists’ Guild of Anna Maria Island hosts a juried art exhibit titled “East Meets West,” at the Art Center Manatee, 209 Ninth St. W., Bradenton.

The exhibit will run from April 2 through May 3, with a special opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. April 2.
