Annette Rogers opens house with two new partners

Annette Rogers has formed a new realty group with Perry Corneau and Vittoria Rutigliano.

Longboat real estate agent Annette Rogers is forming her own Sotheby’s International Realty group with Vittoria Rutigliano and Perry Corneau.

Rogers, who has been a Realtor for more than 37 years, has a career high of $63 million of sales volume in a single year.

Before her real estate career, Rogers was a nurse and also owned and operated hotels in Jamaica and the West Indies. She is originally from Connecticut and has lived in New York and Del Mar, Calif. In Sarasota, she is a former board member of the Sarasota Arts Council and Asian Museum of Art and supports the Sarasota Ballet, the Florida Studio Theatre, the Sarasota Opera Association and the Van Wezel Foundation.

Rutigliano considers herself an “almost native” of Florida. Her family has lived in Longboat Key for many years, and she graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in business management. She served as a personal assistant at the IMG Academy in Bradenton and developed her passion for real estate while becoming acquainted with homes surrounding the school.

Rutigliano is involved in the Sarasota Young Professional Group, Junior League of Sarasota, the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando and the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando.

Perry Corneau
Perry Corneau

Corneau became a Realtor in 1988 and started out with onsite condominium sales on Siesta Key before founding his own condominium management company. He formerly served as president of the Siesta Key Condominium Council and as a director of the Siesta Key Association.

With Premier Sotheby’s, Corneau has been a companywide trainer for its 22 offices. He has been a Sarasota resident for more than 40 years.
