Anna Maria ponders ULI study

The city of Anna Maria is intrigued with Longboat Key’s Urban Land Institute report and is considering having its own study performed.

Mayor Jim Brown has agreed to attend an Anna Maria City Commission workshop April 10 at Anna Maria Mayor SueLynn’s request.

In an email to Brown, SueLynn wrote, “Would you be available to meet with the Anna Maria City Commission about Longboat Key’s experience with the Urban Land Institute?”

Brown has agreed to attend the workshop and will come prepared with a PowerPoint presentations to demonstrate how the process worked on Longboat Key.
